SyntheticMR introduces automatic measurement of myelin volume, REMyDI at RSNA

• Measuring myelin volume with conventional MRI is challenging. With the REMyDI feature in SyMRI, clinicians can now get an automatic volume measurement of myelin from a single 5-6 minute quantitative MRI scan. The automatic post-processing is completed in less than 10 seconds.
• "The advantage of retrieving a myelin estimation from a quantitative MR sequence that can also provide relaxometry-based volumetry and multiple contrasts is that a large amount of information is collected using a single, 6-minute long acquisition.
