Yes! ICH Apps CareerHub is completely free for students. You can search, apply, and track all your internship and job applications at no cost.
Register as an employer, verify your company, and post jobs or internships immediately. Basic listings are free; premium plans offer boosted visibility and ATS features.
Our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) checker analyses your resume against a job description and scores it for keyword match, formatting, and compatibility β helping you improve your chances of getting shortlisted.
Most job listings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your listing goes live.
Absolutely! ICH Apps CareerHub has a dedicated Remote Internships section. Use the "Remote" filter on the internships listing page to find remote opportunities.
After logging in, visit your Student Dashboard β Applications to see the status of every application in real time.
The Loyalty Program rewards students and recruiters for platform engagement. You earn points by completing your profile (+100 pts), uploading a resume (+50 pts), daily logins (+5 pts), applying to jobs, or course enrollments. You can redeem points for premium upgrades: 10,000 points for Student Pro Seeker upgrade, or 50,000 points for Employer Pro Growth upgrade.
No! Participation in the referral program is completely optional. Referral registrations are NOT mandatory to benefit from our Loyalty Program; you can accumulate all points via daily tasks.
When a student or employer referred by you upgrades to a premium subscription plan, you receive a 5% cash bonus of the transaction value (up to βΉ1,249 per transaction) in your cash wallet. You can request a payout once your balance reaches βΉ1,000. Note that a government-mandated 10% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deduction applies to all approved cash withdrawals.
Our job creation wizard is styled exactly like Indeed Employer, utilizing a streamlined 5-step setup (Job Details, Compensation, Description, Requirements, and Sponsorship Budget). It allows recruiters to sponsor listings with a **minimum budget of βΉ100 per day** to gain up to 5x more visibility.
